Box is of the most rigid construction manufactured for walk-in freezers or coolers. It uses (8) steel upright beams which go in the inside of the box along the 54' wide wall, evenly separated, and the two across from eachother support an I steel one-piece beam which is app. 16' long, and 4 of these give the roof extremely good strength, enough that you can store whatever you please on the top of the ceiling panels. Additionally this box comes will all equipment needed for outdoor usuage. It was used at a Sam's Club in Minnesota, as their outdoor freezer (they had an insulated floor). For weather proof there is a tapered (angled for water/snow to slide off) foam bottom layer ontop of the ceiling panels, with which plywood is put over that layer, with which a one-piece white rubber roof membrane is put over that. The foam layer has different widths for different levels to create the angling, and these levels are labelled alphabetically for installation (see pictures below), also all panels have been numbered, and an original blueprint is also included to quick and simple installation. The wall panels are all 5" thick, providing excellent energy efficiency. There is one entrance door, which is a brand new door and is 6' wide. This door is on one of the 54' long walls. All panels are UL listed and have these stickers. The box is NSF approved. Because of the support system of this box, there will be no rod-hanging from the ceiling panels to a building roof for support, which will save you alot of time/energy on installation. Specifications: Door is a custom 6' wide x 9' high, only 6 months old, and is centered on the front 54' wall.  Has complete outdoor roof: bottom layer is tapered foam (angled so water runs off), middle layer is plywood (excellent condition), and top layer is a roof membrane (one peice 20' x 54'). Panels are wood/steel so lag bolts can be used to connect ceiling panels to the tops of the side wall panels for extra support. Panels are all UL listed (UL stickers on each). Box is NSF approved. System approved for all firecodes.  Includes (8) 15'7" tall steel standing support beams, 4 of which go along the 54' front wall, and 4 along the 54' backwall. These 8 uprights support 4 'I' steel support beams that span the 20' width and provide ceiling support. Very rigid construction overall. Blueprint from manufacturer included. All panels have been numbered for easy setup. All panels have been professionally cleaned so no ionization can occur. Panels are all in very good condition with only some minor dings. New panels of this thickness, 5" cost $12.00/sq. ft (all panels are 5" thick (freezer panels), note: the normal 3.5" cooler panels are $9.00/ sq. ft for comparison). The surface area of this box, the total area of the walls and ceiling (the panels) is 3440 sq. ft.-Just the panels cost $44,000 with sales tax if you were to purchase them new. The steel beams cost $3,000 total, door $2,500, roof $4,000; The entire super-structured box costs $55,000 new. This is over 65% savings!
