The unit contains two entryway doors that are each 60"W x 84" H. Included is the refrigeration system used to maintain a plus 35 degree Fahrenheit temperature. This cooler would be ideal for the following businesses / uses: - unfrozen meat or dairy cooler for a grocery store - cooler for a catering service - cooler for a restaurant - storage unit for plants or fruits / vegetables - cooler for industrial uses ALSO included is the following, as well as specifications: 208/220 3-phase power Three evaporator coils and outdoor condensing unit Six 24" round and 16' long air distribution socks with close offs, complete with adapters to outside fans on each coil One used (two years old) Keys Model PH5573 ultra humidity silver system with pressure tank, pump system, control system, humidity control, five misting heads, and filter system to maintain above 90% humidity. This cooler's value "as is / where is" is over $30,500 per a refrigeration company in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a complete system in good working condition when powered down in June of 2008. The cooler and misting system was maintained semi-annually by a professional refrigeration company.
